Close to Porto and Villa Nova de Gaia this is a large, part shaded, part sloping site set amongst eucalyptus trees and located within walking distance of the beach. There is a bus from the site gates to Porto which although not designed to take wheelchairs, it is possible to use with assistance (wide door single step up). Pitches are grouped in zones and can be a little uneven. All site roads to these zones are paved and kerbed. This can present an obstacle to a wheelchair user entering and leaving the zones but, the public areas have dropped kerbs. Reception, the restaurant, bar, supermarket and swimming pool areas are all accessible but the only access to the pool is via a ladder.

Toilet facilities for disabled : Male and Female rooms with shower toilet and washbasin in block 3, clean but basic. Wheel in shower over small lip but no hand shower.
